All promotional Offers are subject to General Terms & Conditions, Delivery, Exhanges & Returns Policies which are available online at www.petit-bateau.com.au.

Promotional Offers run for a nominated timeframe. Petit Bateau Australia reserves the right to make changes or cancel the Offer at any time, without prior notice or publication.

Promotional discounts cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase gift cards.

Promotional Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other Offers, unless otherwise stated, this includes the Welcome Offer.

Promotional Offers are only granted to the customer as the promotion is intended. 

Promotional Offers are not applicable to any other third party site. ie. Myer Marketplace.

Promotional Offers are only redeemed on stock available in the store visited. No stock will be transferred from store to store or from the warehouse unless agreed by Petit Bateau Australia. Postage and Handling costs may apply.

Petit Bateau Australia cannot guarantee that all sizes will be available during the course of the Promotional Offer.

Promotional Offers may differ from one store to store.  Promotional Stock selection is at the discretion of Petit Bateau Australia.

Discounted Items are considered Final and will not be elegible for a refund (unless faulty), size exchange or credit notes. 

Sale / Discount Definition

Items sold at a reduced price from Recommended Retail Price ("RRP") is considered a sale or discount.  The reduced price could be a percentage off the RRP or a dollar value.

The customer has the right to modify or cancel their Customer Profile at any time. Petit Bateau Australia must receive any modifications to the Customer's Profile in writing. Please allow 14 days for this to be activated. 

The Welcome Offer / Customer Sign Up Offer is a one time Offer only. Customers cannot cancel and resign in order to receive the Offer.
