If you have multiple items, these items may only be available from seperate locations. In some instances, this can add another 2 days to your delivery time. You will be provided with 2 seperate tracking numbers to follow your order delivery time.  We will endeavour to ship your order as soon as possible.

All Petit Bateau Australia orders are shipped with Australia Post.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so that you can track your order.

A signature is required on delivery. 

In the event that you are not home when your parcel is being delivered by Australia Post, your parcel will be sent to your local Post Office and a card left in the letterbox.  Petit Bateau Australia is not responsible for you not collecting your parcel from the allocated Post Office in a suitable timeframe. If the parcel is sent back to Petit Bateau Australia, you will be liable for additional postage charges.

Please note the above delivery timeframes are an estimate only.  From time to time, delays occur during transit which may be out of our control and we therefore cannot be held responsible for.

Depending on the destination, some International orders may incur additional customs duties & taxes.  These fees are to be paid by the receiver of the order.  Please be mindful of this when purchasing your products or sending a gift.

Authorisation to leave the parcel should no one be home is not recommended.  Button Agency will not be held responsible for missing parcels once delivered.

Can I use a Post Office Box?

No, as a signature is required.

Is my package Insured?

Yes, all our shipments are insured with Australia Post.

Can I organise for my order to be delivered to a different address?

Yes, when you place your order you are required to enter a delivery address.  The delivery address can be different from your account address.

What happens if I'm not home when the parcel is delivered?

If you are not home when your parcel is being delivered, Australia Post will leave a card for collection to be made at your local post office. 

Your local post office has the right to return your parcel to Petit Bateau Australia at their discretion. Petit Bateau Australia is not responsible for the length of time the Post Office will hold your parcel.

In the event your parcel is returned to Petit Bateau Australia, an additional postage & handling fee will be charged for the parcel to be re-sent.
